Our Project

 The Cooperation Agreement was signed in September 2021 between the Vientiane City Office for Management and Service (VCOMS) and Small b Investment Consultant Company with the big goal of restructuring and improving the garbage collection service standard in over 190 villages in Vientiane Capital, including managing and developing the Landfill system located in about 500 Hectares of which 100 hectare operates to receive more than 500 tons of garbage per day. All the activities are operating under “ Vientiane Waste Collaboration and Development Project” or Well known later as” Vientiane Waste CO-DEV”.
